I had a lab test of my sperm,which the test say i had azoospermia?

and the i went for azoospermia test too.the result is,LH 2.90,FSH 7.18,PROLACTIN 7.64,TESTOSTERONE 220.and all is MEN eccept TESTOSTERONE which is ADULT MALE
