Tuesday - Cardio
Wednesday - Break
Thursday - Weight Training
Friday - Cardio
Saturday - Weight Training n a bit of cadio
Sunday - Break

I would not do the break except for maybe Sunday

Just curious though what are you aiming for.

If all you are talking about is maintenance then your plan is perfect.

If your goal is to build muscle then my plan would give you beter results.
