How can i quit smoking? pls help me!!!?

I don't know how you can stop smoking but I will tell you how I stopped.I live in Australia and we have a company that call themselves Smoke Enders.When I went along they asked me why I couldn;t stop.My answer was that I was an addict.Wrong was the reply,the correct answer I was told was that I didn't know how and they would show me how.They did just that over the next 5 weeks.They, over the weeks taught me to modify my behavour until I had got to the point that after five weeks I had really lost interest in smoking and it was real easy to have my last cigarette.That was over 2 years ago and I have never taken it up again.My health has improved out of site and I am a$100 a week better off.SmokeEnders is in other countries in the world so you woud need to do a google search.Best of luck to you.
