Testicles Problems...?!

Question:

Testicles Problems...?

My testicles are odd...my right one (when I'm looking down right) is more...moveable than my left. Like, when I suck in my stomache, for some reason both my testes retract. Is that normal? And when they retract, my right one goes up more. They also retract involuntarily, when I do sit ups or curl a heavy dumbell up with my biceps. Odd? O.O

Also, half of the time my testes aren't hanging down, they are fully inside. For example, they look like you just came out of the pool. I know when chill and cold causes it, but I'm not cold when it happens.

Finally, could this be the reason my penis hasn't really grown this past year? This abnormal testicle problem, is it possible that it causes low testosterone?

PS: I'm 14, about 4 months from 15. Penis is about 4.1 inches erect, I don't think that's normal either.

Answers:

Testicles do not only react to temperature, although they do regulate temperature in the body, they get stimulated by other factors such as exercise, sweat, orgasm after sex etc. Sometimes one hangs lower than the other, all this is perfectly normal.

Although penis growth is genetically determined and the variation of size among individuals is not fully understood , it is known it develops during puberty as its growth is correlated to hormones such as testosterone which are released during this period.

Testosterone plays a part, but it is not what determines the size. Otherwise teenagers who take supplemental testosterone for other purposes (bodybuilding for example) would have a large member, and that is not the case.

Low testosterone is a medical condition cause by a variety of factors, including age, advanced HIV disease etc not easy to deal with as there is free testosterone and total testosterone. One can be low and the other high or viceversa.

Since you are only 14 and undergoing puberty you are still experiencing growth and change, you cant expect everything to happen overnight right? Rome was not built in a day and everything needs time to form and develop, you are over worrying.
