Is it ok to do cardio and weight training on diffrent days?!


Question:

Is it ok to do cardio and weight training on diffrent days?

I do cardio somewhere between 2-3 times a day, and I do cardio 3 or 4 times a week or when I have the chance and on the rest of the days I do weight training but I usually do that every other day


Answers:

2-3 times a day???
