Please help me with these questions about body building?

This is my first serious try to register for a gym for body building after losing weight.

Two questions:

1. I need to know that if I should go daily of every after day.

2. When will I start noticing the difference on my body? will it depend on the number of days I g to gym every week?

You should start noticing a difference in your body if you stay consistent.

I go to the gym about 3-4 days a week depending on how busy I am with work. Remember, you don't grow at the gym you grow when you leave. So, the key to body building is having good form when working out, eating healthy, and giving your body enough time to rest.
