Is it healthier not to use anti-perspirant when doing physical work in warm weat!
Question:
Is it healthier not to use anti-perspirant when doing physical work in warm weather?
Is the body less likely to overheat, or will it only make a marginal difference? I'd find out for myself, except the weather is quite mild at the moment while I'm landscaping my garden.
Answers:
If you want to be really good and health conscious you could buy one of those deodrant stones from health shops. They are crystal things that you use instead of anti perspirant and they allow you to sweat but they act on the bacteria which causes the smell..... very strange initially to sweat and not smell but much nicer than prohibiting it completely.
