Creatine help???!

Creatine help???

I am on a workout scheduele of moday wendsday friday at the gym, with tuesdays and thursdays being my light cardio day. I recently added creatine to my diet on the days I work out. My question is, do I need to also take the creatine on my off/cardio days also, for it to work properly?? Thanks in adavnce.

Seriously, dont even take the stuff. All it does is fill your muscles with water and makes your face bloated. Its hard on your kidneys as well, and when ever you stop taking it, you will go back to whatever size u were b4 u started on it. just eat a lot of chicken, egg whites, stuff like that. You will get more muscles and they are urs to keep!!
