Well that's a very generalized statement.
It varies from person to person, no matter which sex you are.
I think a more accurate statement would be that many females tend to ignore their man's nipples, so they wouldn't really know.
Also, some men feel embarrassed, maybe they feel like they're being feminine if they admit that they enjoy nipple sensation, so maybe they just say they aren't sensitive there.
But trust me.....there is sensation there !

Edit: just saw the answer above me....she is right about that, however that still varies from person to person, and is not true with all females.

EDIT: to Kevin....."personal experience with men" that's how I know.
