Percect Abs?
So I have "abs" but I also have some thick skin. You can only se the top 4 and a little bit of the lines on the hips. Im a health nut when it comes to food but I suck with the exercizing. Im a swimmer so during season I have nice abs but cant seem to keep them. Anyone know a good work out plan to loose some of that fat and get nice ab muscles as soon as possible?

get yourself a jumprope do at least 15 minutes a day 3 times a week with intensity it is a great cardio exercise and the best for losing calories makes you lose weight pretty quick , its a overrall the best exercise , but very underrated most people dont do it
