How can I get into shape more, and form my body into a body of a football player?
I am not really overweight, but not thin. I am trying to become stronger, and I do want to turn my body into the body of a muscular in-shape football player. What would my diet have to be like, in order to do this? How can I form my body, to look like a football player?

you need to do excise everyday, such as riding, swimming, etc. and eat beef and vegitable and fruit.
