I was at the Dentist the other day and the doctor took my blood pressure and it was 135 over 35(53? I dont remember). She said it was unusually high for a person my age. What is the normal blood pressure for a 16 year old? thanks.

120 over 80 should be your ideal BP.
Most people just talk about systolic pressure which in your case should be around 80. I agree with earlier poster that 135 was likely due to your anxiety of being at dentist. Just repeat it later at a drug store or doctor's office, I'd recommend drug store as you're devoid of any anxieties there.
In general your systolic pressure = 100 plus your age in years. So for a 50 year old SBP of upto 150 is tolerable. It's just a rough guideline.
