Hi..PUFFY NIPPLES?

hey i am 19 yers and 1 month old male.i was a bit overweight earlier.my w8t was 68 kilos now i reduced to 60 even 58 sometimes.but my nipples r puffy they only shrink when i get cold.my guestion is r all nipples like that or is it only mine.also had anyone got nipples like this and corrected them trought any exercise.would gymming make my nipples correct ps answer urgently.
