i am 28yrs old but not tall but still want to grow tall any solution to make it happened????

You stopped growing at about 20-22 years of age...the height you are at now is what you will be for the remainder of your time on this blue ball...sorry, but genetics cannot be changed.
Surgery can be done, but only in extreme cases and usually doctors will refuse cosmetic surgeries to legthen bones because of the muscles and tendons that have to be stretched...it is extrememly painful and not always successful.
