yes yohimbe works but it can also raise your blood pressure quite high. yohimbe works on a few different levels but one is that it increases the level of norephrine in your body which is a vasoconstictor so is helps with an erection by making the blood vessels less likely to quickly let the blood escape from the penis. it also has an effect on increasing the activity of the central nervous system and creating an aphrodisiac type effect. now too little and you won't get any effect at all and too much and your blood pressure will go up really high. I tried yohimbe once and had a really hard erection but got a major headache and when I checked my blood pressure it was 160/110 which was way too high for my liking so I stoped taking it.
