Is it ok to hav sex 4-5 times on a single date every time ?

last time i asked this question but didnt get satisfactory answer ,i'm 31 yrs old healthy guy i'v been dating my girlfriend for last 13 months ,we usually date evey week, and every time i date my G/F ,we hav pleaurable sex minimum 4 to 5 times every time, so is it harmfull for my long term sexual health or how will it effect my sexual health ,shuould i keep doing this or wat is the normal number of times to hav sex on one date ,,please give me a detailed answer ,thanks

I certainly hope it's OK, since my guy and I average about 6 times per night when we get together.

I say as long as you are both enjoying it, there is no harm being done (friction burns, etc.) and you aren't using artificial means to gain that many erections (ie. viagra), go for it.
