It's not the noise. He is talking about down there but I don't feel any spasms when I'm in orgasm so how can he feel any?

And he can tell by a flood of warmth and moisture, and the firmness of a woman's nipples if she is having a climax. On the other hand, some women can have a climax with no such physical indications, and some women have those indications sometimes, but not always.
