Fever, sore neck?
my fiance says wen he came home he had a very bad headache in the back of his head, i gave him some tylenol and it went away. then he says his neck is sore and he cant move it right to left, (kinda like its stiff, and a little sore) the tylenol helped it a little as well. he ate a nice big dinner, salad, spanish rice, and frutis and drank 2 cups of water. should i worry about anything?

~He just pulled a muscle. Since it was in his neck, it caused a headache. Don't worry about it. Rubbing his neck lightly could help.
BTW, it doesn't matter what he ate or drank for dinner.~
