Muscles help i need urgent?

Wen u do weight training do u hav to hav a rest or can u go to the gym the next day n do weight training agen n how long does it take for the muscles to be repaired n ready to do weight lifting on agen


Answers:

That depends upon many factors such as your age, general health, goals, nutrient support ans of cource the all time great, pharmacological support. In general, you should work out 3-4 times a week for no more then 45-60 minutes at a time. You can pick the days and times, just make sure you are not working out more then 2 days in a row without a break. Muscle repair is a little more complicated then what I can get into here, but, it all depends upon your health, your eating habbits and your sleep/rest times. If you are eating enough, mostly protein and good fats, and you are resting/sleeping enough, your muscles should take about a 4-6 day period to repair, depending on the intensity of your workout.
