Need Urgent n quick help about going to gym?

Wen u go to the gym i nw wen u do weights u need to hav a rest so if i go on the running machines n boxing bags etc do i hav to hav a rest for them us well so they can repair or can i do them eveyrday n not hav no rest


Answers:

You need to rest...everyday exercise will wear you down, not build you up in size or endurance.

Either do your weights and cardio (boxing) one day and rest the next, or do weights on Mondays and Thursdays and your cardio on Tuesdays and Fridays...and swim or something fun on Wednesdays and Saturdays...that way you can recover faster and not get burned out...
