I suppose it is possible that it might stimulate the prostate which is situated very close to the colon. The prostate is often referred to as the "male g-spot" as it is highly sensitive.
The aversion most men have to anal stimulation is mostly psychological and enjoying anal stimulation says nothing about your sexuality. Your sexual orientation is determined by what gender you find attractive and what gender you fall in love with, not by what you enjoy sexually.
