Question:
I have a lump inside the scrotum?
This is weird. I have this lump inside my scrotum. If I perform testicular cancer self-check, It looks like the lump is on my penis. When I look at it normally, its in the testicle area. Basically, its not connected to my testes or anything but the skin. Kind of hard to explain, but hopefully some answers?

Its about the size of a pea. I was wrong, if it look at it without moving anything but my penis a little upwards, it looks as if its between the testicle area and the base of the penis. It hurts if I touch it a little or press it.

!UPDATE! The thing burst and it had puss blood and I guess sperm, (very disgusting I know) Its now smaller, I am no longer worried.

If your lump is in the scrotum sack You probably have a Hydroseal or a Spermataseal. They are lumps filled with liquid or sperm. They can be asperated (fluid taken out) or surgically removed. The are usually not treated until they get fairly large. Suggest you see a urologist to check things out, and for peace of mind.
