Premature ejaculation?!

Question:

Premature ejaculation?

Has anyone any techniques to prolong intercourse? Can masturbation help??

Answers:

I have encountered this problem a few times, but explored a solution many times.

It never fails, you meet someone new, you like each other, everything goes perfect, then you begin and woops, there it goes. Sometimes this can happen with someone new that you just met, or (for me) sometimes it happens when you have been in a relationship and you are extremely comfortable with that person. Sometimes when you get very comfortable with someone, you are able to relax more, and therefore, more likely to finish too soon.

Over the years, I have came up with a few techniques of my own:
-Masturbation before sex can help. If you have been without for a few days, or a few weeks for that matter, you can build up a lot of anticipation. So masturbate before that big date, or when you get home from work before your g/f or significant other starts making moves.

-Try mind displacement. This is where you think of something else during intercourse. (If my g/f knew this she would kill me, but I think its ok as long as you are not thinking about someone else...lol). Try counting, or thinking about work stuff. Think about what you are going to do tomorrow. Anything like that may help.

-Make foreplay longer. Spending part of the day away from someone, then all of a sudden having a naked woman on top of you can be a shock. So spend more time playing and exploring her. Kind of like getting used to her almost. This should get you more "in the zone" and may help you out.

-Try turning the lights out. Men are very visibly aroused, so just turn the lights out. No candles, no nite light, no lights on in the adjoining room. In addition, when you turn the lights out, it can stimulate more of your touch and feel sensations, and could actually improve sex overall.

If all else fails, try using condoms. If condoms are not on the menu, try some type of cream that is designed to help you with this problem. Cremes like these may be found on the net or at your local sex store.

I hope this helps out and I wish you well!
