I looked at some of your other questions to see about how old you were so I could better answer your question. It seems to me like you are still going through puberty. 4 inches is normal for an undeveloped body. Most likely, you will get a couple of inches bigger, depending on your genetics. So don't worry. When you're 19, you should have your final size. Just so you know, the most sensitive part of a woman's vagina is only about the first 3 inches, so 4 will be fine if that's really what you're going to have.
