about 2 weeks ago, I think, I developed a hard spot on my niple ( don't laugh ). I don't knnow if it's serious and I haven't told my parents. Also I started liffting wieghts about a month ago so I think it might be muscle. I just want to know what it is and if I should tell my parents and if it will go away.

Depends on how old you are if you're just entering puberty your hormones will send messages to your nipples about expansion
I went through the same thing and my nipples were rather sore I was rather concerned about them , possible your other nipple will start soon so don't be concerned if you are well passed puberty and the problem persists give it 3 months see a doctor , but i think that my original idea is it but I think lifting waits would have increased all of the pectoral area rather than the nipple
