iam 13 and i hear on sites that it does stunt yer growth but on other sites it says it doesant which is true

It can at your age. You should really only be lifting light weights until you are 15-16 age group. If you want to increase strength without the possibility of damage speak to an exercise physiologist. This is exactly their field.
