I usually dont take any supplements while workin out....i dont want to bulk up, i am just tryin to get the lean look..
does takin protien blulk me up???

Protien can help, but screw the powders, I would suggest eating more plain chicken breasts, egg whites, turkey bacon, that kind of thing. The powders seem to always make u look bulky, and they are really hard on your kidneys. Soy os best if you insist on doing it anyways. They say 1 gram of protien for every two pounds you weigh.
