Question:

When should i take creatine and how much of it should i take? How do I retain the muscle mass??

I want to take creatine and whey protein, but i don't know when i should take the creatine. I will take my whey IMMEDIANTELY after my workout, but im not sure about the creatine. Should i drink it with water, or poweraid, or what? Should I take it before my workout or after with my whey?

How much should I be taking and on what days? Just workout days or every day?


Answers:

You should take creatine after your workout, that worked best for me. Be sure when you mix it you take it immediately, or it will break down and you will lose the benefits of it by urination.
