Trimmin my pubes?!

Trimmin my pubes?
After I trim my pubes (close to the skin) the area around there hurts a bit, almost like a stinging or itch, this is normal rite? Usually when i shave (my face) it will sting a tiny bit then go away the next day, will the same happen here?

ooooo, is it the short thick, sort of shapr, hair down there that is scratching my skin? i think it mite be but still would like an answer lol

well i shave all sometimes, an i used after shave. there too. SO try it
