I'm 14 I'm 6'3" wear a size 15 shoe and I think I have a very big penis for my age It is 7in Long and 5.5in around I was just wanting to know if it's is big as I think it is?

Size is not a big matter, the most important is girl get to use it. Even you get a flag staff size but no girl use, it better to dump it.
