Question:

I'm 11 years old and my dad never gave me "the talk" how can i tell him i want to have it?

i know about masturbating sexual intercource etc i pretty much know it all because of school internet articles etc but i have the the urge to masturbate at age 11 and he is constantly around us (me and my bro) so how can i bring up "the talk" to him to resolve this things i am really scared he will catch me doing it and punish me
