when im not erect my penis head doesnt show........ when i am erect my penis head shows with a little bit of skin am i circumsized

It doesn't sound like you're circumcised, but it is possible. You might have had a really loose circumcision or a partial circumcision where you were able to keep the majority of your foreskin. If you pull back the loose skin and see what looks like scar tissue (usually appearing as a brownish ring), then that's a circumcision scar and you are circumcised.
If you don't see any signs of a scar, then you're probably not circumcised and still have your foreskin. See the link (be warned, it has graphic photos) for comparisons. Regardless, you should just be happy with what you've got if it's not giving you problems.
