I have reached 60 years of age recently. What type of exercises are suitable for!

I have reached 60 years of age recently. What type of exercises are suitable for me. I have no illnesses.?

I had done gym, swimming, running from 16 to 45 years of age. Then it was fast walking and swimming on alternate days up to the age of 58. then for two years no exercise due to pure lazyness.

You may find it to also sharpen your mind.
