my problem is difeernt from others .wen i sleep sometimes i see sexy dreams or something like that ,my penis stands and sperms starts coming,i always come to know wen everything is over .yet i have not consulted anyone.plz help me.I think bcoz of that i am not growing at all .i look same as i used to look wen i was 14yrs.
