Six pack abs?!

Six pack abs?
can i get a six pack doing 50 cross crunches a day on each side? or could i get abs in 10 days or less? or bicepts?
Answers:
That all depends on where you are now in terms of body fat %. Having 6 packs is less a factor of having muscular abs as it is having a low body fat %. We all for the most part have 6 packs underneath belly fat, it just won't show unless you are extremely skinny. The general rule is if you have less than 10% of body fat, you will have a six pack. So do some cardio (interval training is great) to burn fat and continue doing crunches and other ab exercise, but unless you are already extremely close to having a 6 pack, it is highly doubtful you could achieve your goal in 10 days.
