How to get cut up?

i dont want to build mass, but i want a cut up body, i actually dont want to include any weights, i just want to do some pushups and situps, and some running


please list any exercise routine you know for a fact that will help me get really cut up by the end of the summer

Note: This is not my work, I simply found it on another question and it seems to be really useful.

rice cakes and lots of water.

Chest- Elevated push-ups. Feet on couch hands on floor, remember, low reps lots of sets

Abs- Hang from a tree do every fancy crunch you can think of evenly. But you need to hang from a tree. Trust me

Legs- Stand on a bench. One leg with the other hanging off to the side for balance. Hands out straight and squat into a chair sitting position...at first you may only be able to do a few...maybe none at all but this is the best leg exercise you can do you will not lose any flexibility

Arms- Find 2 horizontal parelle bars, posts, tree limbs and hold yourself above them feet need to be curled lower slowley and raise as fast as you can. big gus and you will be able to throw them around like a champ.
Pull ups work too.

I would recommend a light running regiment anytime you bulk up.....this works out the organs and I that is important .
