Why does my right ear drum get pressurized when I run?!

Why does my right ear drum get pressurized when I run?
I have been working out for like the past 3 years and when ever I exert myself, my right ear drum starts feeling really lose and I need to keep changing the pressure in it. Could it be my blood pressure or anything that could cause me problems in the future?
Answers:
That doesn't sound good at all. You should have your doctor check your ear pressure and maybe you'll be put on something. But if i were you, i wouldn't exert myself to hard or to much until you see a doctor.
