depending on how much fat you have around your waist....you need to do alot of cardio exercise like running, hill bike riding or gym cardio. Eat a real low fat diet no sweets....the most important is to do ton's of crunches...regular ones and side one's for your obliques. So 50 regular crunches then 25 left side and 25 right side then 25 leg lift crunches....repeat this 3 to four times at a set....do this 2 times a day...this will deff get you in the right direction....good luck!!!!!! P.S. any workout magazine will explain all the diff types of crunches...I think these are the best..... ;)
