What does it mean when urine has a pungent odor?
Person is male, about 35 years old. His urine stinks! Has a pungent, nasty, kind of stinky sweet odor. I told him to see a dr., but he probably won't. Any thought?
Answers:
Stinky urine could be an infection or dehydration but a sweet smell makes me think diabetes. Too bad he won't go to a doctor.
