I went for a 4km walk today and now my left testicle hurts?!

I went for a 4km walk today and now my left testicle hurts?

I went for a 4-5 km walk today and half way through my left testicle started to really hurt. its like someone had klicked me and made me feel ill! I wasnt wearing tight jocks, they were fairly loose. Whats going on? Help!.......


Answers:

Perhaps you chaffed it against your clothing or skin. Are you unaccustomed to walking that far? The left testicle hangs lower... it is more inclined to swing further and receive more uncomfortable friction.
