iam 13 and was wondering will i stunt my growth if i lift weights and what age is suitable

Yes, lifting weights will stunt your growth. Traditionally, sports medicine suggests that 17 or 18- the point in which you will have mostly stopped growing- is an acceptable time to start lifting weights, though many athletes are permitted to begin their sophomore year in high school (About age 16).
