Scrot- rot is probably what we call jock- rot.
It's caused by an organism called tinea cruris and gives an intense itchy sensation of your nether regions which look red and inflamed like you've been sunburnt on your scrotum. Best get some anti-fungal cream on your nuts asap before they drop off!!!!
