Is foreskin something you're born with or do you develop it?

Just wondering if development of foreskin comes with puberty or if it's something you're born with?

Answers:

ur born w/ it, like me. but if your missing ur foreskin, then you most likely got circumsized when u were born. unless it just spontaneously fell off. . .then it could be a problem
