how do u eat a lot of calories for muscle building while building a six pack?
it seems impossible cuz u need a lot of calories for muscle and minimal for abs heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp

1. LOWER BODY FAT. one of the keys to a flatter stomach is in lowring the body fat and allowing the muscles to become more defined. this is especially true in the stomach.
2. COMBINE STRENGTH TRAINING WITH VOLUME TRAINING. in order to make the abdominals more apparent, try using a medicine ball during training, and also doing it without, but for higher reps. make the muscles bigger, this will allow them to be better seen.
3. QUALITY, NOT QUANTITY. you can do 10,000 crunches if you want to. however, if you really focus on doing 50, getting a good contraction, and holding the tension, and getting a full range of motion, you'll be putting those high reppers to shame in no time.
4. DONT JUST DO CRUNCHES. for a flatter stomach, focus on all the abdominals, the obliques, the hips, and the lower back.
lower abs- leg throwdowns, leg raises, hanging leg raises, hanging knee raises, planks.
obliques- side plank, side bend, lateral situps.
hips- endless. squats, jumps....etc. etc.
lower back- supermans, alternating supermans, reverse crunches.
