I weight 130 pounds and I am 5'6" but I want to get more muscular and I am also 14 so how could I do it, and one more thing I want a six pack

if you where an adult i would have recommended weights but you shouldn't be doing that at your age.
natural exercise, running, push-ups, sit ups, star jumps, boxing. BUT, that's just 40% of your overall goal. DIET DIET DIET! Cut out take away food to once a week, drink plenty of water, eat chicken/meat/fish/veggies/brea... and fruit.
You should see results 2-3 months.
