Is it better to do weights to lose body fat or just swimming and jogging and stuff like that?

because I want to lower my body fat percentage so I can get bulked up


Answers:

Weight lifting and then cardio, not the other way around. Otherwise your body will start burning your muscle for energy and not your stored body fat. And as others have said the more muscle mass the higher the metabolism and the leaner you will look. It will also help to keep from getting excess skin if you were really overweight.
