What is the best way to get rid of puffy nipples for guys?
I am 16 and slightly over weight. I play tons of sports and am very athletic. I have researched this problem and keep being led back to one site that costs money. Does anyone know how to get rid of them? Ive been doing incline push-ups everyday for a while know and I am getting stronger but there isnt significant improvement. Thanks for your time. Rock on.

it sounds like gynecomastia. google that and see if there's any help. the only treatment i've seen is surgical. good luck
