im 18 yrs old boy my ht is 5'5 my dreams is to become tall at least 5'11 the cherifer is effective?

How tall are your parents? If your Dad or even at least your Mom is around 5'8 (the least) then you might have a chance to reach 5'11 easily but if they are like 5'6 and below, I doubt. In fact I was exactly your height when I was 18. I grew an average of 1 inch a year. I stopped growing around 21. I am now 5'8. My Dad and Mom are both 5'6.
This is my advise to those who want to grow taller. START EARLY. At the age of 12 or even earlier, you should already be eating well, drinking milk and getting enough sleep.
