Hemorroids...:S?

I had an H since end February, that become external and grew. I used medication, my diet was full of water and fibres, but it was still there, though it started shrinking. While using the medication I felt 2 or 3 other ones but so tiny. Suddenly they grew up, and I am using the medication again. But actually it's been almost 4 months that they are there, and this starts to get on my nerves..
What should I try to make them go away? They have told me about ice-cubes. Would sex help or make it worse?

Using the same medication again? Did you inform your doctor about it? 4 months is too long. IF you did see a doctor, that would not happen that long. SEE A DOCTOR and stop self medication. My Uncle taught he was a doctor and bought medicines for himself without proper prescription or doctors advise. Now he is in a weekly dialysis. He needs a kidney transplant.
