how can i increase my biscep muscles...how much should i lift, how many times a week should i work out...how many times should i continue...how can i increase the width of my biscep muscles>

If you want huge upper arms work the tricepss muscle. The tricep is almost twice the size of the bicep. keep doing your curls twice weekly. But add two or three different tricepss exercises. The tricep has 3 different heads that all need to be worked. Also do military presses for your shoulders. I have 18" arms and one time i got them all the way up to 20". I'm a big guy (6'2" 265) though. I once read a article were Lou ferrigno (the guy who played the hulk) said that most people believe the bicep is he key to huge arms but it's not the key ingredient. He said that the triceps was the key so from then on I would hit my biceps once and my triceps twice in each workout I did daily and it works.
